Hi, I’m Kim.
I write, design & draw.
I’m a writer, designer and artist living in Montréal, Canada. I have a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Cornell University and a Diploma in Environment from McGill University. After having taken a permaculture design certification course in 2008, I am also currently in the process of training as a permaculture designer.
For Expozine 2011, I ventured out into putting together a little ‘zine of my own — and am now making it available for viewing online via Issuu.
The title “Know Hope” comes from a particular specimen of spray-painted graffiti that I passed by everyday in Montreal, and it now has become my motto. Cobbling together some of my own writing alongside quotes from some of my favourite writers and thinkers, I’ve illustrated (most of) it with my illustrations and digital collages, with the theme being “evolution.”
